Referral fees
Gamezod earns a referral fee when you open an offer link (labelled Buy, Sell, List or View offer) and use the marketplace. We link only where you buy or sell, to marketplaces where players trade skins. The links are marked rel="sponsored nofollow" and pass through our redirect, which logs the market, the page the click came from, the time, your country and a salted one-way hash of your IP address (so repeat clicks and automated traffic are not counted twice); no account and no raw IP address is stored, and lines are deleted after 13 months. Featured positions
A marketplace can have a Featured position in a place on the site, such as the card under a skin's price or the top of a price table. It is marked Featured, shows the same quote the comparison shows, and is listed above the sorted rows. The rows below are not for sale, so they carry no partner label.
What a marketplace can and cannot change
Can
- Buy a Featured position, marked as such.
- Send a correction with a source link. We check it and change the line if the source supports it.
- Ask us to re-check a fee or payout rule after it changes.
Cannot
- Change a price, a measured figure or the order of a table.
- Edit or remove a stated fact, or the source beside it.
- Buy a score or a badge. There is no score and no Verified badge.
What we don't do
Gamezod does not partner with:
- Gambling sites or case-opening services
- Free-skin or free-gold schemes
- Account-selling or account-trading services
If we link to a marketplace, it is a real marketplace where players buy and sell skins.
